Questions buyers ask before submitting an inquiry
Most inquiries receive a response within one business day. If your RFQ includes a clear product, quantity, packaging preference and destination, we can typically return a formal quotation the same day. More complex multi-product inquiries or those requiring freight rate confirmation may take up to two business days.
Yes. We offer PP woven bags, kraft paper bags, jumbo bags and carton boxes across our product range. Private-label packaging — including custom print on bags or cartons — is available for buyers with minimum order volumes. Please include your packaging requirements in the RFQ form so we can confirm feasibility and any additional lead time required.
IndoSpiceHub currently exports five commodity lines: black pepper (West Kalimantan origin), white pepper (West Kalimantan origin), whole cloves, Cassia cinnamon and coconut shell charcoal briquettes — all FOB Jakarta. Current stock availability and forward harvest timelines can be confirmed when you submit an inquiry. See our Products page for full details on each commodity.
Within the range commercially available from Indonesian origin, we prepare quotations to buyer-stated specifications. If you require a specific moisture level, purity grade or other parameter, state it in the RFQ so we can confirm whether it can be consistently supplied. We do not quote specifications we cannot reliably deliver.
FOB Jakarta is our standard and primary export term. CIF, CFR and EXW are available on request depending on the destination and shipment volume. If your preference is CIF or CFR, please include your destination port in the RFQ so we can include freight in the quotation. Alternative Incoterms do not change the quality, documentation or lead time of the shipment.
