Who We Are

The export division built on one premise: consistency earns the second order

IndoSpiceHub is the international export brand of PT Alam Jaya Mulia, an Indonesian company whose operations are structured around a single commercial reality: international buyers don't return to suppliers who deliver well once. They return to suppliers who deliver the same way, every time, with the documentation to prove it.

We source directly from growers and processors across Kalimantan, Sumatra, Java and Sulawesi — the producing regions for pepper, cloves, cassia cinnamon and coconut shell charcoal. Every lot comes through our own warehouse before it reaches the port, passing through quality control that we manage ourselves rather than sub-contract. By the time a container is sealed, we know its moisture content, purity grade and microbiological profile. The buyer gets that data as part of the shipment documentation, not on request.

The commercial term is FOB Jakarta. The less visible term is accountability: the same team that issued the purchase order confirmation is the team that answers when you follow up on the shipment status.

Our Vision

To become the most dependable source of Indonesian agricultural commodities for international buyers who measure their supplier relationships in years, not shipments.

IndoSpiceHub — PT Alam Jaya Mulia

Our Mission

Five commitments that govern every order we accept

Consistent Product Quality

Same grade, same specification, same result — regardless of whether it's a first order or a hundredth container. Lot-to-lot consistency is not a bonus; it's the base expectation we hold ourselves to.

Long-Term Partnerships

Every operational decision we make is weighted toward keeping a buyer relationship for a decade, not closing a single transaction. That changes how we approach disagreements, delays and documentation errors.

Reliable Supply Continuity

Forward sourcing contracts and multi-region grower networks are in place specifically to ensure that a harvest disruption in one area does not become a delivery failure for our buyers.

Smooth International Trade

Complete, accurate export documentation — certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates, commercial invoices and packing lists — prepared for the first submission, not revised through a back-and-forth.

Continuously Improving Standards

We review quality control results, documentation accuracy and response times after every shipment. When we find a gap, we close it before the next order rather than waiting for a buyer to raise it.

Why Choose IndoSpiceHub

The operational structure behind a predictable supply relationship

These are not marketing claims. They are the specific parts of our operation that reduce the risk a procurement manager takes on when they add a new Indonesian supplier to their approved vendor list.

Own Warehouse

We control the facility where your goods are stored, graded and dispatched. No third-party logistics operator, no handover gap, no ambiguity about who is responsible for conditions before loading.

In-House Quality Inspection

Moisture content, purity percentage and microbiological screening are run in-house before every shipment. Results are included in the documentation package, not provided only when asked.

Professional Export Documentation

Certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, commercial invoice, bill of lading — each document prepared to the standard the destination country actually requires, not a generic template.

Reliable Supply Chain

Direct sourcing relationships across Sumatra, Java and Sulawesi mean we are not dependent on a single harvest region. When one area faces a weather disruption, the supply chain does not stop.

FOB Jakarta

A single, transparent incoterm as standard. Buyers know exactly where their cost and risk responsibility begins. Alternative incoterms are arranged on request without renegotiating the entire commercial relationship.

Responsive Communication

Quotations, sample requests, shipment status questions and documentation queries are answered within one business day. This is a service level we apply uniformly — not only to new inquiries.

Long-Term Partnership Model

Our pricing and capacity planning are designed for buyers who want a stable supply relationship over multiple years, not buyers who renegotiate terms on every purchase order. Longevity is built into how we operate.

Flexible Packaging Options

PP woven bags, kraft multiwall bags, jumbo bags and private-label cartons — each selected for the commodity, the transit route and the buyer's downstream requirements, not as a catalog default.

Core Values

The principles that determine how we make decisions

Integrity

We do not overstate capability, understate lead times, or shade quality results. Buyers make sourcing decisions on accurate information or not at all.

Consistency

The same standard applies whether a buyer is placing their first trial order or their fiftieth full-container shipment.

Quality

Quality is not a claim we make on a website. It is a test result on a document inside every container we ship.

Partnership

We treat every buyer's production schedule as a shared responsibility, not a downstream problem we hand off at the port gate.

Reliability

Delivery performance, documentation accuracy and communication timeliness are the three things a buyer should never have to follow up on.

Professionalism

Every interaction — from the first inquiry to the final shipping document — reflects the standard of a company that intends to be doing this for the next decade.

Export Commitment

How we work with international buyers, in practical terms

Before the order: transparency over persuasion

When a buyer sends an inquiry, we respond with pricing, lead time, available stock and specification details — not a sales pitch. If a requested grade or volume is not available in the timeframe a buyer needs, we say so rather than promising and adjusting later.

Pre-shipment samples are available for new buyers and new commodities. We send the actual grade the order will be fulfilled with, not a select sample prepared for the evaluation.

Inquiry response
Within one business day, including pricing and current availability
Pre-shipment sample
Available on request for new buyers and new commodity lines
Pro forma invoice
Issued within 24 hours of order confirmation

During production and packing: documentation that travels with the goods

Quality control results are compiled at the lot level as packing proceeds — not assembled retroactively once loading is done. By the time the container is sealed, the moisture content report, purity analysis and packing list are already drafted.

We do not release a shipment where the documentation does not match the physical goods. That check is ours to do, not the buyer's problem to discover at customs clearance.

Moisture report
Lot-level result included in the shipment documentation package
Phytosanitary certificate
Issued by authorized Indonesian government body for every shipment
Certificate of origin
Prepared to the importing country's requirements, first submission

After the shipment: the relationship that determines the next order

We share vessel departure confirmation and tracking details as soon as the booking is confirmed. If a delay occurs — whether at the port, at customs, or anywhere else — we communicate it proactively rather than waiting for the buyer to ask.

For buyers who want a long-term supply arrangement, we maintain visibility of forward inventory and seasonal availability so their procurement planning is based on real stock position, not our best estimate on the day they ask.

Shipment tracking
Vessel name, booking reference and estimated arrival shared at departure
Delay communication
Proactive notification — we do not wait for the buyer to follow up
Forward planning
Stock availability and seasonal outlook shared for repeat buyers

Warehouse & Operations

Storage built around the commodity, not around convenience

Our warehouse is the physical argument for every quality claim we make. Humidity control, pest management, commodity segregation and direct container-truck access are not upgrades — they are the baseline we designed the facility around. Inventory is tracked against open purchase orders in real time so we can give buyers accurate stock positions, not estimates.

Segregation

Pest management

Container access
